Guten Tag

Ich bin Jürg Wirth, geboren 1959, pensionierter Informatiker, In diversen Sportarten zuhause, Hobby-Fotograf und Hobby-Musiker (Blues Harp).

Ich liebe die Landschaftsfotografie. Das Fotografieren bedeutet für mich beobachten und in die Situation eintauchen. Die so entstandenen Bilder sollen dem Betrachter nicht bloss ein Abbild der Situation zeigen, sondern eine kleine Geschichte erzählen. Ob mir dies gelungen ist, darfst du selbst entscheiden.

Ich fotografiere mit meiner Canon 5D Mark IV. Immer häufiger auch mit dem iPhone 15Pro. Mein 5D Standardobjektiv ist das Canon 24-105. Als Teleobjektiv nutze ich das Tamron SP 150-600. Für die Fotoverwaltung und Entwicklung nutze ich Adobe Lightroom auf dem Mac, iPad und iPhone.

I’m Jürg Wirth, born 1959, an enthusiastic photographer and early retired Information Technology Manager. Sport (Snowboard, Ski, Short Track, Biking, Hiking) and playing music (blues harp) are some of my other hobbies.

I’m in to landscape photography. Composing and taking pictures for me is focussing on the moment and immersing into the scenery. The resulting picture shall tell you a little story. You decide whether I succeeded.

My equipment is mainly my Canon 5D Mark IV and ever more my iPhone 15Pro. I’m using the Canon 24-105 as my standard lens and the Tamron SP 150-600 as tele lens. For the photo management and post processing I’m using Adobe Lightroom on my Mac, iPad and iPhone.
